Same day, it's all electronic. However once an MM files on their behalf it could be anywhere from a few days to months before regulators approve his filing for OTC BB quotation.

All depends on how many "comments" they get. Comments are questions the SEC/FINRA might have concerning filings. There could be none, to a few, to many.
