you have to have written permission from skymark to post anything that ties skymark to "their new recommendation", until they announce "their new recommendation" to the public

double check with your A/M, but that's what I was told.
I've had to speak with their legal department about some of the postings I've made, and they explain their information is legally protected. So as a paid subscriber, I respect that.
