Let me give it a shot,

Dr Tracy said that Cortex had 14 completed in mid January.On the conf call Mark said 14 completed now.Well the only thing that makes sense is that they weren't testing from mid january to present for lack of $$$?
Could be wrong but that is the only thing that makes sense to me.
