In my opinion if Rosen was truly looking out for the best interest of the Debtor and therefore equity, he would have hired Solomon himself, in the beginning. That would have served to make him look like not so much of a fool. This filing just makes them look again as if they are representing his buddies...the FDIC and JPMC.
