Aml10021, Rights Offering..Just dont know, seems like a round about what to dilute or split stock, The Company has stated no dilution of any kind unless part of a JV as the only exception. But I am far from an expert on rights offerings. Sale is a speculation but based on DD, interpreted by this board, educated guess. Katx will want to get in the game and use their money and finacing wisely, imo. They have been smart so far and Handcamp and Lucky are in play for JVs. Sale is quicker and easier and puts cash in the bank, not that they need that either btw. Options is the key word to me, and thats the good thing.
