Was thinking the same thing. The facility was already set up for testing various things. Most likely phenol and formaldehyde based materials, that oxychem is and was using at the time they left the place. I would think they have air scrubbers there , they are testing the emissions? JB said they applied for permits under a different name??? I didn't like that comment at all. Why do that??
