Bimini Capital Management, Inc. (OTCBB: BMNMD) ("Bimini Capital" or the "Company"), a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share of Class A and Class B Common Stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. The dividend is payable April 30, 2010, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2010.
