Your commission schedule should remain at the same rate as the previous quarter as long as you have made the required amount of trades for the prior quarter. I do more than 60 trades per quarter so my rate remains at 14.95/trade at the start of the next quarter. If you should drop below the 60 trade limit per quater your rate schedule would start at the appropriate rate in the next quarter (29.95 to 30 trades,31-60 19.95 and 14.95 for 61+ trades) Rob
