Wonder how many permit will have to issued in all. With County, State and Federal. Involved in this process. I wonder if an oil/water separator will have to be built for any run off where these will be sitting.

Dear Shareholders It has been 45 days since our LOI.
After doing Due Diligence on the Company of the LOI. I am informing
you of our withdraw at this time. It has been determined that CEO
is a bigger lair then we are and we can't have that.
