We are thinking about the best way to make a comment.

As far as "blackoutmediacorp.NET" is concerned: You have to buy the domain name to use it on the internet... it is bought... that makes it ours to use.

As far as "blackoutmediacorp.com" is concerned: Neither Sandy nor Blackout Media Corp own it!!!! That's right! The person that designed it apparently never got paid, and when he discovered that the "blackoutmediacorp.COM" domain name was not even paid for, he bought it (apparently to hold it hostage.) That is why the Blackout Media website went down.

Why Sandy/Samai/BKMP didn't maintain at least the domain name only tells me that BKMP has been thrown to the birds... especially since the 2009 Annual Report sent to the SEC (by ????) states there is $147k cash at the end of the year.... but then, why did they even bother sending in the report?
