Somebody on this board has to know Dr Meeks.
Why would'nt this person contact him directly and ask a simple question: " Was what Dr Meeks said in PR when he was appointed interim president that he had no intentions of RS, that he had or has enough cash flow to operate well into 2005, that he felt USCI was underpriced and he would like to see it in the pennies, that he is aggressively seeking sales or joint ventures". And at present "where do we stand with SEC".
Anything that could assure investors that USCI will be around for quite a while.
Without divulging insider info, this could be done but only by someone who has Dr. Meeks confidence.
