The more I look into this, the more I see I like.

Trying to contact the Transfer Agent- want to get an accurate
# of shareholders, accurate float, # of shrs outstanding, authorized &outstanding, and if the 500,000,000 auth is correct.

***Also, I see through SEC filings that there appear to be A,B&C
series of PREFFERED shares.***THIS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED***

A.)There are currently 400,000 Preferred Shares Series A outstanding of the issuer's preferred stock,par value $.05 per share and convertible 1 for 100 into common stock. There is currently no CUSIP number for the Series A preferred.

B. Issuer maintains a Preferred Series B Class with 200,000,000 shares authorized at a par value of
$.001 per share and has issued 200,000,000 preferred shares to Dan Pratte, Chief Executive Officer of
Terminus Energy.

C.)Issuer maintains a Preferred Series C Class with 200,000,000 shares authorized at a par value of
