raggs the Dr. will never go back on to the otc under current conditions. The shear cost alone is to much and maintaining a listing would be prohibitive under the current revenue stream. Then couple that with reduced earnings and revenue projections you don't have a chance of maintaining a listing on the otc.. The company has to change first before any chance of having a listing. Change as I stated before.. New services and new programs which the Dr. has yet to implement or push. Just the fact of adding imaging and wellness programs alone to the existing clinics would increase revenues.. All of this would take work and the good Dr. is incapable of working that hard to redo his clinics.. Which boils down to my second point.. AMHI needs someone to oversee AMHI and start this company back on a path. Someone with the time and the energy..
