I got the same email that you could just send the information in an email if you did not receive the original form... which I am confused as to why I did not receive that but followed the directive anyhow. I am checking into the "form" and how to access it now.
I agree, sounds like it could be a processing nightmare, but I am so thrilled that things are happening- sounds like things are a movin' and a shakin' in the right direction!!
