I have no idea how long, but then I'm not applying for one.

Have you tried to apply for an air permit for a P2O machine? I doubt it, so you probably don't know either.

JBII knows he needs one, has known that he has needed one for quite some time, so I'm sure he's on top of it. It's not like he's sitting around watching Spongebob, then all of a sudden thinks "Hey, I need an air permit. Wow, that totally slipped my mind!"

I would also add that as bad as the state's coffers are, they might fast-track permits just so they can get more revenue. After all, New York seems to be in as bad a condition as any state. Now is not the time to turn down any revenue.
