I welcome a 5m private placement if the money is to be utilized for development of Stan's creations where POWN can stand on their own two feet.Having $7.5m added to balance sheet allows for some much needed financial independence.(Disney's $2.5+$5m Private Placement)

My long term target would be higher if this comes to fruition.Being fully reporting and on the OTCBB will also bring in a new wave of investors who as a rule won't by pink sheet stocks.
