TCOM Announces IC Star Theme Club Currently Averaging Over 23,000 New Members Each Day on The WAP Portal

IC Star News launched the channel, WAP portal, for China Mobile Communications (CMCC) in early November 2004. It is currently averaging over 23,000 new members each day.
