Just to be absolutely clear about who can attend:

To summarize:

1) Your name must appear as an owner of the account holding shares to attend the AGM. If you do not hold an account with your spouse showing joint ownership, your spouse will not be able to attend unless your spouse has a separate account showing JBII shares have been purchased.

2) You can bring a broker statement showing that shares were purchased by April 16.

3) You must notify JBII by April 16 that you will be attending.

4) Accommodations are being made for spouses/family members to attend the tour as long as you have notified JBII who will be touring.
