That which is stolen, tends to have value. Swift hasn't ingratiated himself to shareholders, or his methodology, by remaining silent.

Whether XKEM had any value, is a matter of record. The record of which indicates a whopping negative value.
I don't think Swift is under any illusion. I don't know if the same could be said for Pandey at the time of his ousting.


I knew from the minute he took over that he was going to do just what he has done. Swift & Burg should be locked up in Prison for the theft they have committed and not given an easy road either! They should be put in Angola Prison in Louisiana.
