Your welcome. I'm just a rookie investor that is in the military. Don't have time to do this 24/7, but I am trying to learn about what is going on here. I am not one to just accept the word of a message board w/o finding some facts to support what everyone is alleging. Otherwise, I have no one to blame but myself if I get ambushed.

This article seems to apply more to NASDAQ but it does lend credibility to what some are saying here.
