It's pretty clear that NDAs were signed months ago, so the "lookee-loo " stuff is well over with now. In fact, I wouldn't be surpised if KATX entered into their first NDAs back in Dec. We are at the end of this ride not the start of it. We have mostlikely been shooting numbers back and forth for months now. We met with people face 2 face at PDAC and thats a fact, and right after the show Ken stated it went awesome and that he had a lot of phone calls to make and people to talk to. I am quite sure a deal was sealed at the show and they just had to redo a few things in the contracts and send them back out the next week or two to be signed.
