This might take a little time, but well worth the effort and the first place to start for your DD on any stock.

At this point in time, the main issue is the issuing of statements and a reinstatement of opinions on the statements that were withdrawn by the CPAs. Hopefully, slowly over the next 4-6 weeks, clarity will come and the future path of the company will become easier to understand/predict. Right now the PPS is set at a price that reflects pretty much all the bad news, so any news, neutral or positive will have a positive effect on the share price in my opinion.
