That's made up stuff from a dinar pumper on the KTF mission site.

From the IMF.

No mention of the dinar anywhere.
There is not one single reference anywhere to be found that any country holds dinar.

Dow Jones Newswire: A current 25,000 Iraqi dinar banknote will become IQD25, and a dollar will equal only 1.17 dinars.
