There is purposeful confusion going around. I am under the impression that they are separate groups, with maybe some overlap of members. Some are saying that this is the outcome because the redress of grievances were not heeded after the constitutional congress.

I am of the opinion that this is a military coup, and that factions in the military who have wanted to give the power back to the people for some time now, finally found a group of people with enough knowledge to proceed. The military supplied the specific verbiage which would allow the people to make the declaration, and also allow the military to come back under control of the people. Again, this is just my opinion.

It could also be a very well played counter intel operation meant to target the most educated of the patriots.
