Very well put letter.

In Arthur Laffers book, Return to Prosperity, he uses the words PANIC DECISIONS as something to watch out for.

The actions towards WAMU could be classified as PANIC DECISIONS and by a new administration. Those could be re-looked over and re-adjusted.

I am amazed at the amount of work and efforts that have gone into this and the overall plan by investors in WAMUQ.
