Don't say it's so! Short positions will have to cover and shareholder value will appreciate.

This is great news if it comes to fruition.

HTDS will see 5 cents on the low end in no time if the buyback is substantial. Terry Yuan is serious about his pps forcast if he can make it happen. Hopefully soon too.
