I don't understand why the ORGG symbol went from OB to PK... ie "Pink Sheet". they state in their 10-k that they have no funds and need additional working capital via investments or issance of stocks to implement their business plan. Or merge with a company that has profitable operations. I don't see how going PK is going to help them attract investors.

Why the F would anybody spend a half million dollars to buy a company without access to the capital they need in order to operate it?
