Nikos,

1.) The annual report was due yesterday. The company should be downgraded by our automatic processes before the next market open (Closed Friday) unless they post within the next few hours. I do not see a notification of late filing posted.

2.) It looks like they asked us to remove the attorney. At this time, they have not provided a new one so I am unsure if they have current representation. They are not required to have an attorney listed but will need to submit an attorney letter after they post disclosure to remain Current Information.

I have a couple of questions concerning BBDA (Bebida Beverage Co.).

1. I noticed that they have not yet filed their annual report, yet
their status is still "Current Information". Can you tell me if
the status takes a while to change or has the company filed for an
extension?

2. Under the company information tab on Pinksheets.com, the Attorney
information is no longer listed. Does this mean that they do not
currently have representation of an attorney and are they required to
have an attorney listed?
