I agree no R/S here, not until after the stock dividend anyway. You can only raise the A/S once per year, and the last time they did was last fall, so they will raise the A/S this upcoming fall, issue the dividend raising the O/S to about 6 bil, then possibly do a R/S, but I doubt that will even occur.
