BSK, I've read your post seveal times this morning, letting some pieces sink in. Here's a follow-up question:

You said:
Total's potential entry into the JDZ has completely altered the playing field. IMO this game changer has SEO's fingerprints all over it. Just as he brought STP and Nigeria to the table, he is now setting up the consortium that will develop the JDZ. I think it is way beyond coincidental that once it became painfully obvious Addax couldn't get the job done in the JDZ that Total just magically appeared on the scene. Getting Chevron, Sinopec, and Total to sit at the same table and behave themselves is a miracle.

Who do you think SEO uses - consultant, staff or whoever - to lay the groundwork and execute such game plans? I don't see any EREH staff having the industry contact experience, contacts or expertise to do so. Feltang might, but I'm not sure if anyone knows who they really are! SNP and Addax would be involved certainly, but would they be the lead architects? I'm not so sure.

I'm just wondering who is the brains behind such plans?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts, opinions, etc.
