barrymore; I'm just here to learn....I'll gladly take a backseat to those who know more about these things in hopes that someday , I'll know more myself....as I've had to mentioned to apprentices of mine in the past...."you can't learn w/your mouth" , thats what your ears are for." I believe in practicing what I preach.
I have no idea how all this will unfold (other than assuming Solterra is worth perhaps as much as 1/2 of HGUE/QMC's total value). Squires acknowledges this (to an un-quantified degree) in his 6/10/09 PR:
http://www.solterrasolarcells.com/media_press_061009.php
It is anticipated that upon the closing of this private financing Hague will retain a substantial equity interest in Solterra. Management believes that by executing this plan and funding the solar production subsidiary, Hague will not have the burden of funding Solterra Renewable Technologies thereby freeing up additional resources for the further development of other uses for Quantum Dots and generating additional revenues and potential profits for Hague. Hague will be the sole supplier of Quantum Dots to Solterra thereby creating a profitable captured market for Quantum Dots used in the manufacture of solar cells without creating any adverse constraints on Hague's resources.

I also remember reading 'somewhere'[?] that owning HGUE is to own a two for one stock (or words to that effect)....that may have been something from ih8aloss (can't remember). Thats not to say that comparative forward-looking valuation projections wouldn't play a key role in setting values.... however they may be differ.

Whatever the case.............. I'll take whatever I can get.

OT; P19....my bet is they're aiming at listing the Solterra IPO on Nasdaq.......their officially declared Delaware address on their Arizona (& presumably their DE) corporate registrations sure appear to point in that direction. Delaware is where the Fortune500 bunch register.
