Pete....that doesn't mean that the deal was not finished by then.... this type of financing rarely puts a check into your bank account directly.... it is probably approved for release as needed to take care of X and then XX and then another.... from what we have heard they have changed the plan a bit and are acquiring even more....so XX and X make XXX now.... and we all know there is A LOT of money to be made in XXX... :)
