I wouldn't worry. You didn't mention an important statement in yesterday's filing: The option of the company using its OWN funds from China.

This company has money.

March 15, 2010 PR: Signed Investment Memorandum with a group of US Investors who have committed $5M USD.

IMO, investors don't do things like that unless they KNOW they can get a distribution agreement with a major U.S. chain.
