Now, pay close attention to Ken's answer to Bob's question:

Bob said, "Good morning Ken in previous pr's you said the share structor would not change unless of a joint venture...
correct?

Ken replies, "Bob, that is correct..."

Bob restates KAT's stated position and then asks Ken to verify this is "corrct" and Ken resonds that, in fact, Bob is "correct."

I especially like Ken's attitude toward the reduction, in that he sees it as "a goodwill gesture toward investors."

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

Bob, That is correct, we saw fit to remove approx.. another 8 million shares from the I/O which were restricted stock from within. They were restricted and would have come open at the end of may. Just a goodwill gesture toward investors.
