It sounds to me like some kind of share swap reverse merger.
Mini TO and 100% make me think they will take 100% of the shares everyone Proxies and they will get shares in a different company. Maybe RS for each 1000 shares of THRR, you get 1 share of new company. .01 x 1000 = $10.00

If this happens, we short whatever company they R/M into right before everyone's 1 cent "dividend" drops into their accounts and watch the herd dump shares on the market as fast as possible in attempt to get what's left of their 1 cent per share "buyout".
