Pierre Belec is blind or what? What happened after those "smart investors" pulled out $30 B from the equity markets in September 1001? A huge rally, could it be that after those smart investors pulled out 66% more in July 2002 we are going to get a similar rally? How come those smart investors did not pull their money out in Jan 2001, or May 2001 or January 2002, where real smart money got out?
