I AGREE WITH YOU. I'D BE GOBSMACKED IF IT RAN TO BOOK VALUE. I ESTIMATED IT WAS POSSIBLE TO SEE UP TO 40% OF BOOK VALUE WITH ALL THE RIGHT CONDITIONS GOING FAVORABLY.
