Hope springs eternal; I've played this game before, and actually came out ahead once or twice. Usually, it's a total loss, though. There are FAR better ways of investing in unusual stocks without having to deal with this kind of crap.
You might look at GSIGQ, which I think is a 2-3x deal over the next 2-6 months, as they come out of bankruptcy. Business is raging, and the shareholders will end up with 100% of the business (the latest offer to them from bondholders is 42%, up from 18% just a month earlier).
