Try this site:

http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/cornerstone-progressive-return-fund/cfp/ase/dividends-splits

All you need to do is enter the stock symbol into the small box on the left side that is under DIVIDENDS & SPLITS FOR:

You will see a screen similar to the one shown.

Note the 3 columns that are of importance are the:

PAYABLE AMOUNT/SHARE EX-DATE

The column DECLARATION is the date that the announcement of the dividend took place. The RECORD means nothing, do not even know why is is listed.

The only date that means anything is the EX-DATE.

Shares bought on or after this date receive the next dividend.

Another site to use is:
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/charts/chartdl.aspx?PT=11&showchartbt=Redraw+chart&compsyms=&D4=1&DD=1&D5=0&DCS=2&MA0=0&MA1=0&CF=0&DB=1&DC=1&D7=&D6=&symbol=dsu&nocookie=1&SZ=2

This gives a historical record of dividends back for years.

At the bottom of the area called CUSTOMIZE CHART there is a small line "VIEW PRICE HISTORY WITH DIVIDENDS/SPLITS" click on that and it will give a page that shows the date of each dividend and the dividend amount.
