I'm sorry, I'll reply when I pick myself back up off the floor after reading the first sentence :)

That is all I'm looking for, at least an understanding of an opposing point of view.

I'd be very happy for things to go the way you forsee but I'm not exactly as patient as you, and have the faith in the management team you do, when they start making dates, then I'll change my mind.
