OT: "I have worked at a place that originates and services student loans for 10 years..."  As I worked at (among many other things) originating, placing (selling), servicing, and collecting that type of loan for something like 25 years.  I have no idea how you reached the conclusion that I don't know what I was talking about, since you offer no example or specifics, but your conclusion proves that you don't.
