I suppose you are right on that point,,,
But getting there requires money. I am concerned that with all the debt that is carried forward that it might make it more difficult to secure financing that isn't poisonous. Then we just go down the same road again. We need to get rid of certain security holders and keep them out. With a "private" company, it is possible. Later you can go public. BTW, this isn't my idea.

You are right in your statement that there remains an if. I understand that it seems to work, but nothing beats completed phase trials. It gives it not only credibility but at least attempts to insure it is safe longterm for the scd sufferers. I understand that this takes money, that would be cured by allowing approved investors to buy into the oppotunity, those approved by the corporation members.
