1) The 15 I'm talking about that signed proxies are BKMP shareholders... us. Other shareholders of TFN direct shareholders would include Big John and some of the others. Remember that list of shareholders that was out there at one time? The link for that list doesn't work any more, but it is almost everyone EXCEPT the Mayhem boys.

2) I don't know what FOIA is, but I just don't know how that works in Canada.
