Well, everything we know is in the 8K & 10K.
Pretty honest summery.
They need a 5M loan to cover in 12 months.
That may be doable with what they have backing them.
I think they will PR that news as soon as it happens.
I don't think they will try and get the money by selling stocks.
And I think this is a diamond in the rough.
Risk/reward at these prices?
My opinion, hell yes.
