Yup. Series B here we come...

My ONLY concern with those is that they will be convertible back to commons, so it will reduce eps on a fully diluted basis. However, since we don't have an eps to speak of at this time I'll put that concern on the shelf to revisit later. Worst case it'll only be 10-20% anyway...
