Yes, but the point continues to be, let the new management have a crack at getting things done. Busting their chops the first day on the job is not going to accomplish anything unless your goal is to scare people away from the stock and drive the price down. Once they've been on the job a couple three months though, then they own it and they are responsible for their actions.
