Larry, keep in mind that there are two plans, and by that I mean one in Nigeria and one in the US. I spent four months in Nigeria working with the banks and NIPRD on the plan for XN, which is totally separate from the plan we have with the US BK Court. The plan in Nigeria has nothing to do with the POR in the US and has nothing to do with the CC. I think there is a lot of misunderstanding of what we are dealing with here. The first priority is to get XN, if we don't get that, there's nothing left to worry about because XI has nothing left, no office, no products, no corporate records (they were destroyed a few months ago because rent on the storage facility wasn't paid). I have a plan in with the lenders and Receiver in Nigeria and have worked out a working relationship with NIPRD, the CC has not...
