Following up on your comments… I think it’s notable that Buffett has never made a move to get into health insurance despite the fact that other forms of insurance have long been the mainstay of the Berkshire empire. One does not have to be a genius to understand why.

Notwithstanding the fact that the stocks of healthcare middlemen are not in the best of health, I’ve been thinking about shorting a basket of such companies as a core position to hold for a few years.
