It all depends on the reasen why the RS is done..

R/S'ing a no-bid stock is indeed terrible.

R/S'ing a stock with proven financials trading well above minimum quotation is a whole different balpark...

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting....... "holy crap, what a ride!"
