The filing by the rules would be by April 15th I believe after their extention. Most Small Business filers have until 3/30 to file the 4th quater 10Q and 10K if they don't file for an extention. They are also required to file an audit under REG SX after 70 days of the transaction signing on the combined entity. SO we are looking for a series of filings around April 15th and May 30th or thereabouts. I believe they can't extend the filings without the SEC delisting them on the 70 day filing filing. The agreement after reading was put together under REG SX which is quite smart as it allows more filing time on the combined audit. This transaction should be a subsequent event on the April filings and a 1st quarter Q and 10Q/A for May. Based on my research yesterday
